One pose to practice daily
I have demonstrated this pose quite a few times now, but really I don't think we can do it enough. Legs up the wall is a great way to relax, restore and boost your energy to keep going.
Ending a busy work day with a practice of legs up the wall for 10 minutes will give you the energy you need to make dinner and enjoy some time with family or friends, rather than just crashing out on the couch and nubbing yourself with TV.
Give it a try as soon as you walk in the door from work.
