REFUNDS

Pass, Membership and Event Refunds will incur a 3% fee. See Retreat refunds for more details below.

MULTI PASSES

Class Pass - If your pass is about expire and you have unused credits, contact us to purchase a new membership and we will add any remaining credits to your new membership. Late Cancel or No Show will incur a penalty of a class credit. Cancel minimum 3hrs before the start of a class.

Sale Passes - These passes have been heavily discounted and we will not extend them.

If you experience health condition that does not permit you to pactice, please let us know asap and we will take this into consideration with any pass extension requests.

DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS

Billed every 4 weeks.

Access to both studio.

Classes do not roll over.

Pause your membership for a minimum of 14 days and up to 3 months.

Late Cancel or No Show will incur a penalty of a class credit or $10 on Unlimited Membership. Cancel minimum 3hrs before the start of a class.

The membership will auto-renew at the end of the commitment period unless you request to cancel.

Canceling before paying the total monthly payments committed to will incur a fee of 50% of the remaining period.

Unlimited Classes/month Membership (month by month) - You are required to give 30 days' notice to cancel.

All memberships require you to complete the total number of payments that your membership stipulates. For example if it is a 3 month commitment you need to make three payments before you can cancel without the cancel fee.

PAY IN FULL MEMBERSHIP

  • No part refunds

  • Transferable (conditions apply)

  • No pause or holds

PRIVATE CLASSES

If you cancel a private class:

  • at least 24 hours before the class you will get a 100% refund;

  • less than 2 hours before the class you will be charged 50% of the class fee;

  • less than 30min before the class you will be charged 100% of the class fee.

WORKSHOPS/SPECIAL CLASSES

Workshop value greater than $149

  • Up to 3 days prior to the event you are eligible for a credit.

  • Up to 7 Days prior to the event you are eligible for a refund.

Workshops less than $149

  • No refunds.

  • Up to 48hr prior to the event you are eligible for a credit.

  • Late cancel less than 48hrs there is no credit or refund.

SINGLE DAY RETREATS

Retreat Payments cancellation terms:

  • up to 14 days prior to the retreat you will receive a full refund minus 10% to cover administration fees.

  • less than 7 days prior to retreats we can offer a studio credit if someone on the waitlist fills the spot.

  • No refund will be made for failure to complete any retreat.

MULTI-DAY RETREATS

Retreat Payments cancellation terms:

  • up to 30 days prior to the retreat you will receive a full refund minus 10% to cover administration fees.

  • up to 14 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • less than 14 days prior to retreats there will be no refund unless under exceptional circumstances. The terms of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refund will be made for failure to complete any retreat.

KAKADU RETREATS

Retreat Payments cancellation terms:

  • up to 60 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus $150 admin fee.

  • up to 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • less than 14 days prior to retreats there will be no refund. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover you in the unforeseen circumstance that you cannot attend the retreat.

  • No refund will be made for failure to complete the retreat.

  • See the retreat registration form for the costs involved should you need to be evacuated from the remote location due to injury.

BALI RETREATS

Agoy Yoga is not responsible for airfare cancellation and/or flight delays. We strongly recommend you get suitable travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability

Agoy Yoga acts only as an agent for the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing services, and cannot be responsible nor liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, cancellation, or disruption of the program due to circumstances beyond the control of Agoy Yoga. Any extra cost due to circumstances beyond the control of Agoy Yoga will be the responsibility of the participant.

PRIVACY POLICY

AGOY YOGA is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including [interviews, correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website www.yourbusinessname.com.au, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies- delete all that aren’t applicable] and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Sensitive information will be used by us only:

•           For the primary purpose for which it was obtained

•           For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose

•           With your consent; or where required or authorised by law.

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:

•           Third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and

•           Where required or authorised by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

AGOY YOGA will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
