Whats the best practice for the Build Up? Join Belinda for a sequence of poses that focus on cooling the body down and learn some tips on the best approach to yoga practice for this time of year. 

At this time of year and for the next 3 months, we mostly feel like lying about, but this does not usually make us feel any better, rather we feel hotter and sticker and more uncomfortable.

This is why we have come up with this special class.

A 2hr class leading you through a sequence of postures to help cool you down and show you how best to move your body at this time of year to increase your energy and mood, without breaking a sweat.

At the end of this practice you should feel lighter, cooler and energised.

Say goodbye to that heavy wet feeling:)
