Take a Pause.
During this 90-minute class, join Belinda as you learn some quiet restorative poses to help quieten your mind and open your chest, releasing tension, soothing the nervous system and restoring a sense of calm.
We will then practice some pranayama (breathwork) basics, a powerful tool to reduce stress, improve focus and reconnect you with the present moment.
Close out the class with a quiet mindfulness practice to help you carry that stillness long after you leave the mat.

About the teacher: Belinda has been practising yoga for over 25 years and is a certified Iyengar and Yin teacher. She regularly practices Pranayama for both physical health and emotional stability.
