This special 2hr class will focus on rolling and releasing the tissues of the buttocks & hip to then strengthen and activate the muscles of those areas for optimum functionality.

If you suffer from low back or hip pain, it is in part due to the muscles of your buttocks and thighs not working optimally. When we have pain and dysfunction in our body, some muscles are underused, some are over used, some misused and others abused.

This workshop will help you get your buttock and hip muscles functioning optimally so you can ultimately strengthen them and ward away that pain.
