Yoga Pose to Start the Day

Students often ask what poses can I do at home if I want to do a little bit of yoga at home?

I know that it can be hard to know what to do when you get on the mat.

It does take some experience to be able to cobble a sequence together that leaves you feeling awesome at the end. So what I recommend is a few salutes to the sun.

Anyone can do them and in the video below I will show you a modified version so really anyone can do it.

If you jump on the mat and start your day with a few of these you will feel all the better for it.

The good thing is, they don't take long, they activate every part of the body and you will be able to remember it easily on your own only after a few goes.
