We take our feet and ankles for granted a bit.
They carry us around all day, it is no wonder they feel sore at the end of the day.
If we have problems with our knees or ankles it can often be connected to a problem in the feet. Actually, lots of other problems we experience in the body can be linked to the feet, like incontinence, back pain, and more.
Take a look at your feet when you are standing, where is the weight in your feet? Are they rolling in or out? Is your weight in the toes or the heels?
Our feet can tell us so much about the lower part of our body.
Try these postures at home to give your feet and ankles a good stretch and get connected to your feet.
