A breath practice to improve focus and concentration

Somedays when the mind is busy with so many thoughts I find it hard to start the day on the right foot. If I just plow into my day with my mind a mess of thoughts, my day is usually unproductive, chaotic and at the end, I feel even more stressed with more thoughts.

This simple breath practice can very quickly still the mind and bring a single point of focus so you can start the day... the right way:)
