My favorite way to practice Supta Baddhakonasana

Perhaps you have seen this pose done by students when you come to class, perhaps you do it yourself.

This is a great pose to get into when you come for class for a few reasons.

  1. It extends the spine which we all need:)

  2. It is restful which we all need:)

  3. It starts to gently stretch the inner thighs which will be coming more in your class so why not get ready:)

    Give it a try with the belt and see how much more length you get the lower back:)

    You will need a bolster, strap and blanket or two
