If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tired, anxious, or constantly “on edge,” this 60-minute sound bath is an invitation to slow everything down.
The Nervous System Reset Sound Bath is a gentle yet powerful experience designed to guide your body out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest and regulation. Through soothing sound frequencies, breath awareness, and spacious stillness, you’ll be supported to soften, release tension, and return to balance.
This session is ideal if your body is craving rest, your mind feels busy, or you’re in need of a reset. Many participants describe the experience as feeling like their body finally exhales - a deep sense of calm from the inside out.
During this session, you’ll be guided into deep rest using:
∙ Crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound frequencies
∙ Gentle grounding and breath awareness
∙ Long, uninterrupted periods of stillness to support nervous system regulation
No prior experience is needed.
All props are provided, so you can simply arrive and get comfortable.
A relaxing tea station is included so you can continue to unwind before or after your session.
About the teacher: Maya is a qualified Sound Healer who loves creating and facilitating group sound baths to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. Her sessions use sound and vibration to promote self-love, positive body image, and a greater sense of self-worth, helping participants reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit.
She is also a personal trainer, health & wellness coach, and Usui & Crystal Reiki Master, bringing a holistic approach that empowers people to take an active role in their own healing and wellbeing.
