Join us for a gentle 4-week course exploring Yoga Sūtra chanting and simple self-inquiry for Inner Peace. Through chanting, quiet reflection, and easy discussion, you’ll be introduced to these ancient teachings in a way that feels natural, grounded, and accessible.

No Sanskrit or chanting experience needed.

The series is guided by Ryoko Jones, an experienced Ashtanga yoga practitioner and Sanskrit chanting teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience across Australia, Japan, and India. Ryoko is currently studying Sanskrit and Vedic chanting under Sindhura R. at Trayee Veda Vidyalaya in Bangalore.
