After last week’s sold out Kirtan - we’re returning for one more (& the last in Darwin for this season!)
Join us for a heart-opening Kirtan inspired by Bhakti Yoga. A practice of connection through music, mantra, and shared intention.
In this intimate, candlelit gathering, we’ll chant simple mantras and sing soulful songs from around the world, creating a space for presence, expression, and community.
Led by visiting teacher Sophie Chi, this is a special opportunity to experience her globally shared work in a warm, welcoming setting.
Why Join Our Kirtan Night? 🤍
🌿 Emotional release & heart opening
Singing mantras together gently softens emotional tension and helps people reconnect to feelings of joy, gratitude, and compassion.
🧠 Calms the nervous system
The rhythmic repetition, harmonium, and steady beat activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.
🫶 Sense of connection & belonging
Call-and-response chanting creates a powerful group energy where people feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
No experience is needed, just bring an open heart. All ages welcome.
