Pranayama: The Yogic Art of Breathing

Start your Friday differently use this time to slow down, breathe deeply, and ease into the weekend feeling relaxed and unrushed.

Join Belinda for a gentle 4-week Pranayama series exploring the yogic art of conscious breathing. Each 45-minute morning session begins with gentle movement to prepare the body, followed by yogic breathwork to cultivate awareness, calm, and ease.

Whether you’re new to pranayama or looking to deepen your practice, this welcoming series is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and start your weekend with intention.

Arrive a little early or stay a while afterwards and enjoy our relaxing tea station, created to give you space to pause and savor the moment. There’s no need to rush off… You can take a breath, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and ease gently into your Friday.
