πŸŒ™ New Moon in Libra: Heart-Centered Balance

Sound Bath with Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls

As the Libra New Moon invites us to begin again, take 45 minutes to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Libra is associated with harmony and balance, while the New Moon offers a fresh page. It is a beautiful opportunity to set intentions around giving and receiving, effort and rest, caring for others and caring for yourself.

Lie back and let the sound do the work. Hand-hammered Tibetan singing bowls create warm, layered tones to help you ground and settle, while crystal bowls bring a clear, airy resonance that feels light and spacious. Moving between the two, the evening becomes an invitation to explore the balance we’re seeking within ourselves.
